Cassie Simmerman, Donna Hunter and Destinie and Skyler Hoover are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their parents, Charlene Simmerman of Leon, Iowa to David Hoover of Russell, Iowa. Charlene is the daughter of Robert and Ruby Smith of Leon, Iowa and David is the son of Ronald and Barbara Hoover of Russell, Iowa. A wedding is planned for April 23, 2011 at Calvary Baptist Church in Leon, Iowa.
