The Russell Community High School Class of 1961 had their 50th class reunion on Saturday, September 17 at the home of Richard Atwell, 607 Ashland Ave., Chariton.The class attended the Russell Fall Festival and was pulled in Mike Beaty's wagon with his team of horses. This entry won 3rd place in the parade.
Friends were invited to join them for the reunion.
